We co-own CLT Lifting Club, a 400-member gym in Charlotte, NC. Every piece of software it runs on, from booking to billing to the portal on this page, we wrote ourselves after the off-the-shelf tools kept failing us.

What gym software do you integrate with?
Mindbody, Zen Planner, PushPress, and Instagram through the official Meta API. Honest caveat: integration depth varies by platform. Some give us full booking history, others only member lists. We'll tell you exactly what your setup supports before you pay anything.
How long is setup?
The portal is live on your full Instagram-to-member pipeline within 30 days of data access. That's the guarantee. Most of the buffer is waiting on API approvals; the build itself is usually faster.
What data access do you need?
Read access to your member and booking data, a connection to your gym's Instagram account, and access to the inbox you want the smart replies in. We walk through all of it on the setup call. You never hand us passwords.
Is my member data private?
Yes. Your member data is never sold or shared, and it's only used to run your own portal. One of us spent a decade building banking infrastructure, and we treat member data with the same care. If you leave, we delete it.
